
Rowing Machine Challenge

Rowing machines can be dull, so why not try this challenge to burn fat and improve your cardio?
How to do it:
- Set the rowing machine on level 10.
- Do 3 sets of rowing 150m, with 30 seconds rest between each one.
- You must do all 3 sets and all 3 must be under 35 seconds.
- Record your fastest time - and try to beat it each time!
